Asırlık Çınar Of Hayrat Cemiyeti’nden Unutulmaz Gece, 8 Panelistten "Ahde Vefa" Dersi

1967 yılından bu yana sarsılmaz bağlarla büyüyen ve Karadeniz’in asırlık çınarı haline gelen Of Hayrat Cemiyeti, düzenlediği muhteşem "Ahde Vefa Gecesi" ile köklü geçmişini ve sivil toplum hafızasını yeniden tazeledi. Gecede bir araya gelen ve cemiyet kültürünün harcını koyan birbirinden değerli 8 seçkin panelist; ahde vefanın sadece bir sözden ibaret olmadığını, geçmişe saygı duyarak geleceği inşa etmenin en onurlu yolu olduğunu dile getirdiler. Ortak paydası memleket sevdası, kardeşlik ve aidiyet olan panelistler, "Geçmişini unutanlar, yarınlarını asla yeşertemezler; bu çatı altında harcanan her emek, dökülen her alın teri bizim en büyük kutsalımızdır," diyerek vefa duygusunun cemiyetin kalbi olduğunu bir kez daha ilan ettiler.

Yarım asrı aşan bu soylu gelenekte, aynı ülkü etrafında toplanan nesillerin birbirine olan sadakatinin altını çizen konuşmacılar, Of Hayrat kürsüsünden tek bir ses olarak haykırdılar: "Bizler, 1967’de yakılan bu meşaleyi sadece taşımakla kalmıyor, o ilk günkü heyecanı ve bize rehberlik eden büyüklerimizin emanetini canımız pahasına koruyoruz." Salonda duygusal anların yaşanmasına vesile olan bu anlamlı hitaplar, cemiyetin sarsılmaz bir aile, sönmeyecek bir ocak ve nesiller boyu aktarılacak bir vefa abidesi olduğunu tüm dünyaya yeniden gösterdi.

Cemiyette Muhabbetten Ahde Vefaya, 600 Kişilik Büyük Buluşma

Of Hayrat Cemiyeti’nin gelenekselleşen ve her hafta ortalama 150-200 kişinin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilen "Cemiyette Muhabbet Günleri", tam 99 programı geride bıraktı. Cemiyet yönetimi, bu güzel birlikteliği 99 programın tüm konuşmacılarını, sponsorlarını; camianın kıymetli bürokrat, akademisyen, hekim, siyasetçi ve iş insanlarını bir araya getirerek devasa bir vefa gecesiyle taçlandırdı.

Şehit Eren Bülbül Unutulmadı: Salonda Duygusal Anlar

Yardımcı Sunucu Eslem Tellioğlu'nun program akışını okumasıyla başlayan gecede, Türk milletinin kalbinde özel bir yere sahip olan kahraman şehidimiz Eren Bülbül de unutulmadı. "İyi ki Varsın Eren" filminin sunumu öncesinde, genç sanatçı Ceren Ece Öksüz sahneye davet edildi. Öksüz’ün seslendirdiği duygu yüklü ağıt ve film gösterimi, salondaki yaklaşık 600 misafire oldukça duygusal ve gurur dolu anlar yaşattı.

Protokol ve Fikir Dünyası Bu Panelde Buluştu

Gecenin en önemli ayaklarından biri, ana sunucu ve başarılı moderatör Bahar Özmen’in yönetiminde gerçekleştirilen 8 kişilik dev panel oldu. Devlet yönetiminden akademiye, askeri stratejiden yerel yönetime kadar çok önemli isimlerin yer aldığı panelistler, Of kültürünü, tarihini ve ahde vefayı kendi pencerelerinden aktardı. Gecenin en anlamlı anlarından biri ise Of Hayrat Cemiyeti Yönetim Kurulu’nun tam kadro sahneye davet edilmesiyle yaşandı. Türkiye'nin yetiştirdiği en değerleri bilim insanlarından, dünyaca ünlü Genel Cerrahi Profesörü ve Of Hayrat Cemiyeti Onursal Başkanı Prof. Dr. Ali Akyüz, alkışlar eşliğinde sahneye davet edildi. Cemiyete ve tıp dünyasına sunduğu sayısız katkılardan ötürü kendisine özel bir Ahde Vefa Plaketi takdim edildi. Plaket töreninin ardından sahne alan Horon Ekibi Gösterisi, Karadeniz’in bitmek bilmeyen enerjisini ve coşkusunu salona taşıyarak davetlileri büyüledi.

Başkan Enrullah Tellioğlu: "Biz Büyük ve Kocaman Bir Aileyiz"

Büyük alkışlar eşliğinde kürsüye çıkan Of Hayrat Cemiyeti Başkanı Enrullah Tellioğlu, geceye katılan tüm protokole ve hemşehrilerine teşekkür ederek başladığı tarihi konuşmasında şunları söyledi:

"Biz büyük, biz kocaman bir aileyiz. Birbirini seven, aynı çatı altında buluşan, aynı sofrayı paylaşan bir aileyiz. Bugün burada sadece geçmişi hatırlamak için değil; bir emanete sahip çıkmak ve daha iyi yarınlar inşa etmek için bir aradayız. Ve çok iyi biliyoruz ki; vefa geçmişi unutmamaktır, vefa bize bırakılan emaneti korumaktır. Vefa, dün bizim için emek verenlere bugün en yüksek sesle teşekkür edebilmektir.

Görkemli gece, tüm katılımcıların, panelistlerin ve cemiyet yönetiminin sahnede çektirdiği anı fotoğrafı ile son buldu. Geçmişe vefa, bugüne muhabbet ve geleceğe birlik sözüyle dağılan davetliler, Of Hayrat Cemiyeti'nin bir sivil toplum kuruluşundan çok daha fazlası olduğunu bir kez daha kanıtlamış oldu.

The Centennıal Plane Tree Of Hayrat Assocıatıon Hosts An Unforgettable Nıght: A Lesson In "Loyalty And Gratıtude" From 8 Panelısts

Of Hayrat Association, which has grown with unbreakable bonds since 1967 and become a centennial plane tree of the Black Sea region, renewed its deeply rooted history and civil society memory with a magnificent "Night of Loyalty and Gratitude." Bringing together 8 distinguished panelists who have laid the foundation of the association's culture, the event highlighted that loyalty is not just a word, but the most honorable way to build the future by respecting the past. Sharing a common love for their hometown, brotherhood, and a sense of belonging, the panelists declared once again that the sentiment of gratitude is the heart of the association, saying, "Those who forget their past can never flourish in their future; every effort spent and every drop of sweat shed under this roof is our greatest sacred value."

Underscoring the dedication of generations who gathered around the same ideal in this noble tradition spanning over half a century, the speakers shouted with one voice from the Of Hayrat podium: "We do not just carry this torch lit in 1967; we protect the excitement of that first day and the legacy of our elders who guided us at the cost of our lives." These meaningful speeches, which caused emotional moments in the hall, showed the whole world once again that the association is an unshakable family, an unquenchable hearth, and a monument of loyalty to be passed down through generations.

From Fellowship in the Association to Loyalty: A Grand Meeting of 600 People

The traditional "Fellowship Days in the Association," organized by Of Hayrat Association every week with an average attendance of 150-200 people, left behind its 99th program. The association management crowned this beautiful togetherness with a massive loyalty night, bringing together all the speakers and sponsors of the 99 programs, alongside the distinguished bureaucrats, academicians, physicians, politicians, and businesspeople of the community.

Martyred Eren Bülbül Was Not Forgotten: Emotional Moments in the Hall

The night started with the reading of the program flow by Assistant Presenter Eslem Tellioğlu. Our hero martyr Eren Bülbül, who holds a special place in the heart of the Turkish nation, was also remembered. Before the presentation of the movie "Glad to Have You, Eren," young artist Ceren Ece Öksüz was invited to the stage. The emotional lament performed by Öksüz and the film screening brought deeply moving and proud moments to approximately 600 guests in the hall.

Protocol and the World of Intellect Met in This Panel

One of the most important segments of the night was the grand 8-member panel moderated by the main presenter and successful moderator Bahar Özmen. Featuring highly prominent names ranging from state administration to academia, military strategy to local government, the panelists shared the culture, history, and loyalty of Of from their own perspectives. A Special Plaque to Honorary President Prof. Dr. Ali Akyüz

One of the most meaningful moments of the night took place when the Board of Directors of Of Hayrat Association was invited to the stage in full attendance. One of the most valuable scientists raised by Turkey, the world-renowned Professor of General Surgery and Honorary President of Of Hayrat Association, Prof. Dr. Ali Akyüz, was invited to the stage accompanied by applause. He was presented with a special Plaque of Loyalty and Gratitude for his countless contributions to the association and the medical world. Following the plaque ceremony, the Horon Dance Crew took the stage, fascinating the guests by bringing the endless energy and enthusiasm of the Black Sea region to the hall.

President Enrullah Tellioğlu: "We Are a Big and Massive Family"

Taking the podium under roaring applause, Of Hayrat Association President Enrullah Tellioğlu started his historic speech by thanking all the protocol members and fellow townsmen who attended the night, saying:

"We are a big, we are a massive family. We are a family that loves each other, meets under the same roof, and shares the same table. Today, we are here not just to remember the past, but to claim a legacy and build better tomorrows. And we know very well that loyalty is not forgetting the past; loyalty is protecting the legacy left to us. Loyalty is being able to thank those who worked hard for us yesterday, with the highest voice today.

The people we call Of and Oflular do not just consist of a district of Trabzon today. Oflular are a very important community that has achieved great success in politics, bureaucracy, industry, and science all over Turkey, contributing to the very foundation of this country. We must protect our values and our history that make us who we are. Let us not forget that Of is the place where the first bullet was fired against the Russian occupation in Anatolia, and the torch of independence was lit. May our unity be everlasting under the shadow of this centennial plane tree."

The magnificent night ended with a souvenir photo taken on stage by all participants, panelists, and the association management. Leaving with the promise of loyalty to the past, fellowship for today, and unity for the future, the guests proved once again that Of Hayrat Association is much more than just a non-governmental organization.

  Siirt’in Kadim Mirası Moda Ve Gastronomiyle Buluştu

“Yeniden Siirt” Koleksiyonu Basınla Paylaşıldı

Atelier Ist Aycan Öktem ve Partner Teknik Group, Siirt’in Tarihsel Motiflerini ve Gastronomisini Markalaştırma Misyonuyla Bir Araya Geldi

Siirt’in köklü tarihini, kültürel mirasını ve eşsiz lezzetlerini dünyaya tanıtma vizyonuyla yola çıkan Atelier Ist Aycan Öktem ve Partner Teknik Group, “Yeniden Siirt” koleksiyonunu düzenledikleri basın toplantısıyla tanıttı. Toplantıda, Siirt’in gastronomisi ile tekstil tasarımı iç içe geçti; yöresel lezzetler konuklara sunuldu.

Böylesine anlamlı bir misyonu üstlenen bu iş birliği, hem kültürel mirasın korunması hem de Siirt’in markalaşması adına örnek bir adım olarak öne çıkıyor.

Güneydoğu Anadolu’nun kadim şehri Siirt, bu kez moda ve gastronomi aracılığıyla dünya sahnesine taşınıyor. Atelier Ist Aycan Öktem ve Partner Teknik Group iş birliğiyle hayata geçirilen “Yeniden Siirt” koleksiyonu, Siirt’in binlerce yıllık tarihini, arkeolojik mirasını, el sanatlarını ve gastronomik zenginliklerini çağdaş bir yorumla buluşturuyor. Proje, yalnızca bir moda koleksiyonu değil; aynı zamanda Siirt’in kültürel kodlarını, kaybolmaya yüz tutmuş güzelliklerini ve yöresel lezzetlerini markalaştırma yolunda atılmış güçlü bir adım.

Gastronomi Ve Tekstil İç İçe: Siirt Lezzetleri Sahnede

Basın toplantısının en dikkat çekici unsurlarından biri, Siirt’in yöresel lezzetlerinin özenle hazırlanarak konuklara sunulması oldu. İçli köfte, cevizli sucuk, pekmezli tatlılar, Siirt’e özgü ekşi cephan kavunu ve daha birçok yöresel lezzet, gastronomi ile tekstilin iç içe geçtiği bir atmosferde ikram edildi. Bu sunum, Siirt mutfağının zenginliğini ve gastronomi turizmi potansiyelini gözler önüne serdi. Katılımcılar, Siirt fıstığının baklavada değil, kendi başına bir lezzet olarak hak ettiği yeri bulması gerektiğini vurguladı.

“Yeniden Siirt”: 56 Parçalık Koleksiyon

Siirt’in plaka numarası olan 56’dan ilhamla hazırlanan koleksiyon, 56 parça + 1 final kıyafetinden oluşuyor. Koleksiyonun tasarımcısı Aycan Öktem, her bir parçanın Siirt’in tarihsel motiflerinden, kilim desenlerinden, Güsur Höyük’ten çıkarılan fosil motiflerden ve Siirt’in mimari dokusundan izler taşıdığını belirtti. Tamamen organik kumaşlar kullanılarak hazırlanan koleksiyonda; saten, şifon, brokar, ipek ve payet gibi malzemeler yer alıyor. Kök boyalarla renklendirilen kumaşlar, sıfır atık prensibiyle üretiliyor; artan parçalar çanta ve cüzdan gibi aksesuarlara dönüştürülüyor.

Aycan Öktem, koleksiyonun lansmanını 14 Eylül Siirt’in Kurtuluş Günü’nde yapmaktan büyük mutluluk duyduğunu ifade ederek, “Siirt’in kaybolmuş güzelliklerini yeniden yüz yüze çıkarmak istiyorum. Bu bir ahde vefa örneği” dedi. Öktem, koleksiyonun gelirinin Siirt’te okuyamayan kız çocuklarının eğitimi için kullanılacağını da sözlerine ekledi.

25 Eylül’de Cemile Sultan Korusu’nda Özel Defile

“Yeniden Siirt” koleksiyonu, 25 Eylül’de Cemile Sultan Korusu’nda gerçekleşecek özel defileyle görücüye çıkacak. Defilenin sunuculuğunu, aynı zamanda yazdığı kitabı basın mensuplarına imzalayarak hediye eden TV program yapımcısı ve sunucusu Aynur Ayaz üstlenecek. Ayaz’ın “Sakız Ağacının Gözyaşları” adlı kitabı, acıyla yoğrulan, sabırla derinleşen ve zamanla olgunlaşan bir aşkın hikâyesini şiirsel bir dille anlatıyor. Kitap, sakız ağacının kendi içine akıttığı gözyaşları metaforu üzerinden insan ruhunun derinliklerine iniyor.

Partner Teknik Group’tan 25. Yıl Gururu

Basın toplantısında, projenin ana destekçilerinden Partner Teknik Group’un 25. yıl kutlaması da gündeme geldi. Mühendislik ve endüstriyel proje sektöründe çeyrek asrı geride bırakan grup, çimento, enerji, demir-çelik ve endüstriyel tesis yatırımlarında Türkiye’yi uluslararası pazarda temsil ediyor. Group Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Hüseyin Öktem, 25. yıl vesilesiyle yaptığı açıklamada, dijitalleşme, veri odaklı yönetim ve sürdürülebilir mühendislik uygulamalarının yeni dönem stratejilerinin merkezinde yer aldığını vurguladı.

Siirt’in Markalaşma Yolculuğu: Önce Türkiye, Sonra Dünya

Atelier Ist Aycan Öktem ve Partner Teknik Group, Siirt’i bir marka şehir haline getirme hedefiyle yola çıktı. Projenin öncelikli amacı, Siirt’in tarihsel ve kültürel mirasını koruyarak görünürlüğünü artırmak; ardından Türkiye’ye ve dünyaya açılmak. Aycan Öktem, “Siirt’ten başlayarak önce Türkiye’ye, sonra dünyaya açılmayı hedefliyoruz. Uluslararası markalarla iş birliği yaparak Siirt’in değerlerini global ölçekte tanıtmak istiyoruz” dedi.

Bu vizyon, yalnızca tekstil ve gastronomi alanında değil; aynı zamanda kültürel mirasın gelecek nesillere aktarılması, sıfır atık bilincinin yaygınlaştırılması ve yerel ekonomiyi canlandırma açısından da büyük önem taşıyor. Siirt’in kadim coğrafyası, tarihi, kültürü ve lezzetleri, çağdaş tasarım diliyle yeniden hayat buluyor.

Siirt’s Ancient Heritage Meets Fashion and Gastronomy

“Yeniden Siirt” Collection Shared with the Press

Atelier Ist Aycan Öktem and Partner Teknik Group Came Together with the Mission of Branding Siirt’s Historical Motifs and Gastronomy

Setting out with the vision of introducing Siirt’s deep-rooted history, cultural heritage and unique flavors to the world, Atelier Ist Aycan Öktem and Partner Teknik Group presented the “Yeniden Siirt” collection at a press conference they organized. At the meeting, Siirt’s gastronomy and textile design intertwined; local flavors were served to the guests.

This collaboration, which undertakes such a meaningful mission, stands out as an exemplary step both for the preservation of cultural heritage and for the branding of Siirt.

The ancient city of Siirt in Southeastern Anatolia is this time being carried to the world stage through fashion and gastronomy. The “Yeniden Siirt” collection, brought to life through the collaboration of Atelier Ist Aycan Öktem and Partner Teknik Group, brings together Siirt’s thousands of years of history, archaeological heritage, handicrafts and gastronomic richness with a contemporary interpretation. The project is not only a fashion collection; it is also a strong step taken toward branding Siirt’s cultural codes, its beauties on the verge of disappearing, and its local flavors.

Gastronomy and Textile Intertwined: Siirt Flavors on Stage

One of the most striking elements of the press conference was the careful preparation and serving of Siirt’s local flavors to the guests. İçli köfte, cevizli sucuk, molasses desserts, Siirt’s unique sour cephan melon and many more local flavors were served in an atmosphere where gastronomy and textile intertwined. This presentation revealed the richness of Siirt cuisine and its gastronomy tourism potential. Participants emphasized that Siirt pistachio should find its rightful place as a flavor on its own, not in baklava.

“Yeniden Siirt”: A 56-Piece Collection

Inspired by Siirt’s license plate number 56, the collection consists of 56 pieces + 1 final outfit. The designer of the collection, Aycan Öktem, stated that each piece carries traces of Siirt’s historical motifs, kilim patterns, fossil motifs unearthed from Güsur Höyük, and Siirt’s architectural texture. Prepared entirely using organic fabrics, the collection includes materials such as satin, chiffon, brocade, silk and sequins. The fabrics, colored with vegetable dyes, are produced with a zero-waste principle; the remaining pieces are transformed into accessories such as bags and wallets.

Aycan Öktem expressed her great happiness in making the launch of the collection on September 14, Siirt’s Liberation Day, saying, “I want to bring Siirt’s lost beauties back to the surface. This is an example of loyalty and fidelity.” Öktem also added that the income of the collection will be used for the education of girls in Siirt who cannot attend school.

Special Fashion Show at Cemile Sultan Grove on September 25

The “Yeniden Siirt” collection will be unveiled with a special fashion show to be held at Cemile Sultan Grove on September 25. The presentation of the fashion show will be hosted by TV program producer and presenter Aynur Ayaz, who also signed and gifted her book to members of the press. Ayaz’s book titled “Sakız Ağacının Gözyaşları” (The Tears of the Mastic Tree) tells the story of a love kneaded with pain, deepened with patience and matured over time, in a poetic language. The book delves into the depths of the human soul through the metaphor of the tears the mastic tree sheds into itself.

25th Year Pride from Partner Teknik Group

At the press conference, the 25th anniversary celebration of Partner Teknik Group, one of the main supporters of the project, was also brought to the agenda. Having left a quarter of a century behind in the engineering and industrial project sector, the group represents Turkey in the international market in cement, energy, iron-steel and industrial facility investments. Group Chairman of the Board Hüseyin Öktem, in his statement on the occasion of the 25th anniversary, emphasized that digitalization, data-driven management and sustainable engineering practices are at the center of the new era strategies.

Siirt’s Branding Journey: First Turkey, Then the World

Atelier Ist Aycan Öktem and Partner Teknik Group set out with the goal of making Siirt a brand city. The primary aim of the project is to preserve Siirt’s historical and cultural heritage and increase its visibility; then to open up to Turkey and the world. Aycan Öktem said, “Starting from Siirt, we aim to open first to Turkey, then to the world. We want to introduce Siirt’s values on a global scale by collaborating with international brands.”

This vision is of great importance not only in the fields of textile and gastronomy, but also in terms of transferring cultural heritage to future generations, spreading zero-waste awareness and revitalizing the local economy. Siirt’s ancient geography, history, culture and flavors are being revived with a contemporary design language.

“Yeniden Siirt” draws attention as a cultural initiative that carries a city’s memory to the future through fashion and gastronomy, kneaded with social responsibility awareness. The fashion show to be held on September 25 will be the most magnificent step of this meaningful journey.

Zafer Partisi Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak’la Eğitimden İstihdama Uzanan Yeni Dönem

Güçlü siyasi kadro yalnızca siyasi hedeflerini anlatan değil; ekonomiyi bilen, dış politikayı okuyabilen, Türkiye’nin sorunlarını analiz edebilen, iletişim kurabilen ve çözüm üretebilen kadrodur.

Zafer Akademi ve Zafer Siyaset Okulu, parti içi eğitimden toplumun geniş kesimlerine uzanan eğitim modeliyle dikkat çekiyor

Zafer Partisi’nin eğitim, liyakat ve uzmanlaşma anlayışı kapsamında çalışmalarını sürdüren Genel Başkan Yardımcısı Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak, yürütülen çalışmalar ve Zafer Akademi’nin hedefleri üzerine değerlendirmelerde bulundu.

Zafer Partisi’nde son dönemde dikkat çeken başlıklardan biri, parti teşkilatlarının yalnızca siyasi çalışmalarla değil, bilgi, uzmanlık, eğitim ve liyakat esaslarıyla güçlendirilmesine yönelik çalışmalar oldu.

Bu anlayış çerçevesinde Genel Başkan Yardımcısı Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak’ın sorumluluğunda faaliyetlerine başlayan Zafer Akademi ve Zafer Siyaset Okulu, parti içi eğitim çalışmalarının yanı sıra ilerleyen süreçte toplumun farklı kesimlerine açık, ücretsiz ve sertifikalı eğitim programlarıyla kapsamını genişletmeye hazırlanıyor.

Çalışmalar kapsamında il ve ilçe başkanları ile yönetim kurulu üyelerine; Zafer Partisi’nin siyasi felsefesi, ilkeleri ve politikaları, temel politika ve projeleri, parti içi disiplin, hiyerarşi ve teşkilat düzeni gibi konularda eğitimler veriliyor.

“Siyasette liyakat, bilgi ve donanım olmazsa olmazdır”

Çalışmalar hakkında Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak’la bir söyleşi gerçekleştirdik.

Zafer Akademi ve Zafer Siyaset Okulu hangi ihtiyaçtan doğdu?

Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak:
Siyasi partilerin başarısında teşkilatların niteliği son derece önemlidir. Sadece siyasi söylem üretmek yeterli değildir. Siyaset yapan insanların ülkenin meselelerini bilen, dünyadaki gelişmeleri takip eden, Türkiye’nin iç ve dış politikası konusunda bilgi sahibi olan, teşkilat çalışmasını ve siyasi iletişimi bilen kadrolar olması gerekir.

Bu nedenle öncelikle parti teşkilatlarımızın eğitimine önem veriyoruz. İl ve ilçe başkanlarımız ile yönetim kurulu üyelerimizin Zafer Partisi’nin siyasi felsefesini, temel ilkelerini, politikalarını ve projelerini doğru biçimde öğrenmeleri ve sahada bu anlayışı doğru şekilde anlatabilmeleri bizim için önem taşıyor.

Eğitim kadrosunda akademik çevrelerden önemli isimlerin bulunması da dikkat çekiyor. Bunun özel bir anlamı var mı?

Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak:
Elbette. Eğitim çalışmalarının mümkün olduğunca alanında yetkin ve deneyimli isimler tarafından yürütülmesini istiyoruz. Bu kapsamda çok sayıda tanınmış ve yetkin akademisyen görev alıyor.

Prof. Dr. Ali Şehirlioglu, Prof. Dr. Necdet Basa, Prof. Dr. Ferit Saraçoglu, Prof. Nadim Macit ve Prof. Dr. Erdinç Telatar gibi değerli akademisyenler bu çalışmalara katkı sunuyor.

Bizim yaklaşımımız açık: Liyakat, bilgi ve uzmanlık siyasetin temel unsurlarından biri olmalıdır.

“Eğitimi sadece parti mensuplarıyla sınırlamayacağız”

Zafer Akademi’nin ilerleyen dönemde toplumun tamamına açık olması önemli bir hedef. Bu konuda neler planlanıyor?

Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak:
Parti içi eğitim çalışmalarımızın ardından Zafer Akademi’yi partili veya partisiz bütün vatandaşlara açık hale getirmeyi planlıyoruz.

Üstelik bu eğitimlerin ücretsiz olması bizim için önemli. Vatandaşlarımızın bilgiye ve nitelikli eğitime erişimini kolaylaştırmak istiyoruz.

Uluslararası ilişkiler, siyaset bilimi, Türk dış politikası, genel ekonomi, basın-yayın, iletişim, Türk dünyası, sanat ve kültür gibi farklı alanlarda sertifika programları düzenlemeyi hedefliyoruz. Ayrıca Türkiye’nin geri kalma nedenleri gibi ülkemizin geleceği açısından önem taşıyan konular da eğitim programlarımız içerisinde yer alacak.

Her programda alanında uzman ve seçkin akademisyenlerin görev almasını hedefliyoruz.

“Eğitim yalnızca bilgi vermek değil, istihdama da kapı açmalı”

Zafer Akademi’nin dikkat çeken yönlerinden biri de eğitimin yalnızca teorik bilgi aktarımı olarak görülmemesi.

Bugünün Türkiye’sinde gençlerin ve vatandaşların mesleki bilgiye, nitelikli eğitime ve istihdam imkânlarına erişimi büyük önem taşıyor.

Bu açıdan bakıldığında, farklı alanlarda verilecek sertifikalı eğitimlerin vatandaşların bilgi ve becerilerini geliştirmesine, yeni çalışma alanlarına yönelmesine ve istihdam olanaklarını artırmasına katkı sağlaması hedefleniyor.

Bu yaklaşım, siyasetin yalnızca seçim dönemlerinde vatandaştan oy istemek yerine, vatandaşın bilgi ve becerisini artırmaya, gençlerin önünü açmaya ve toplumsal kapasiteyi yükseltmeye yönelik sorumluluk üstlenmesi bakımından önem taşıyor.

Zafer Partisi’nde “liyakatli kadro” anlayışı öne çıkıyor

Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak’ın sorumluluğunda yürütülen bu çalışmalar, Zafer Partisi’nin kadro politikasında liyakat ve uzmanlaşma vurgusunu öne çıkaran önemli bir adım olarak değerlendiriliyor.

Akademik birikime sahip isimlerin parti çalışmalarında aktif görev üstlenmesi, siyasi kadroların yalnızca siyasi tecrübe değil, aynı zamanda bilimsel bilgi ve uzmanlıkla desteklenmesi açısından dikkat çekiyor.

Zafer Akademi’nin parti içi eğitimden başlayarak zaman içerisinde toplumun bütün kesimlerine ulaşmayı hedeflemesi ise çalışmanın kapsamını daha da önemli hale getiriyor.

Zafer Akademi ve Zafer Siyaset Okulu’nun ortaya koyduğu eğitim modeli de tam olarak bu noktada önem kazanıyor.

Bilgiden toplumsal güce

Türkiye’nin geleceğinde yetişmiş, bilgili ve donanımlı insan kaynağının belirleyici olacağı gerçeğinden hareketle, siyasi partilerin de kadrolarını sürekli geliştirmesi gerekiyor.

Bu açıdan Zafer Partisi’nin eğitim çalışmalarını kurumsallaştırması ve alanında uzman akademisyenleri bu sürecin içine dahil etmesi, parti teşkilatlarının niteliğini yükseltmeye yönelik bir yatırım olarak öne çıkıyor.

Daha da önemlisi, eğitim faaliyetlerinin yalnızca parti mensuplarıyla sınırlı kalmayıp bütün vatandaşlara ücretsiz olarak açılması hedefi, siyasi parti merkezli bir çalışmayı toplumsal fayda eksenine taşıma potansiyeli taşıyor.

Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak’ın koordinasyonunda sürdürülen çalışmaların başarıyla ilerlemesi, Zafer Partisi’nin önümüzdeki dönemde eğitimli, bilgili, uzmanlaşmış ve liyakat esaslı kadrolar oluşturma hedefinin önemli göstergelerinden biri olarak değerlendiriliyor.

Zafer Akademi’nin önümüzdeki dönemde başlatılması planlanan sertifika programlarıyla birlikte, siyasetin yanı sıra eğitim, kişisel gelişim, uzmanlaşma ve istihdam alanlarında da vatandaşlara katkı sunması hedefleniyor.

Zafer Academy and Zafer School of Politics draw attention with an education model extending from internal party training to broader segments of society

A strong political cadre is not merely one that articulates political goals; it is a cadre that understands the economy, can interpret foreign policy, analyze Türkiye’s problems, communicate effectively and develop solutions.

One of the notable developments within the Zafer Party in recent period has been its efforts to strengthen party organizations not only through political activities but also through knowledge, expertise, education and merit-based principles.

Within this framework, Zafer Academy and the Zafer School of Politics, operating under the responsibility of Zafer Party Deputy Chairman Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak, have begun their activities. In addition to internal party training, the programs are preparing to expand their scope with free, certified educational opportunities open to different segments of society.

As part of the current training program, provincial and district chairpersons and executive board members are receiving instruction on the Zafer Party’s political philosophy, principles and policies, its fundamental policies and projects, as well as internal party discipline, hierarchy and organizational structure.

“Merit, knowledge and expertise are essential in politics”

We spoke with Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak about the objectives and activities of Zafer Academy and the Zafer School of Politics.

What need led to the establishment of Zafer Academy and the Zafer School of Politics?

Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak:

The quality of political organizations is extremely important to the success of political parties. Merely producing political discourse is not enough. People involved in politics need to understand the country’s problems, follow developments around the world, possess knowledge of Türkiye’s domestic and foreign policy, and understand organizational work and political communication.

For this reason, we attach great importance to training our party organizations. It is important for our provincial and district chairpersons and executive board members to understand the Zafer Party’s political philosophy, fundamental principles, policies and projects correctly and to be able to communicate this approach accurately in the field.

The participation of prominent academics in the educational staff is also noteworthy. Does this have a particular significance?

Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak:

Certainly. We want our educational programs to be conducted, as much as possible, by people who are competent and experienced in their respective fields. A number of distinguished and qualified academics are contributing to these efforts.

Prof. Dr. Ali Şehirlioglu, Prof. Dr. Necdet Basa, Prof. Dr. Ferit Saraçoglu, Prof. Nadim Macit and Prof. Dr. Erdinç Telatar are among the academics contributing to the program.

Our approach is clear: Merit, knowledge and expertise must be among the fundamental elements of politics.

“We will not limit education to party members”

Zafer Academy’s planned opening to the wider public is an important objective. What are the plans in this regard?

Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak:

Following the completion of our internal party training, we plan to make Zafer Academy available to all citizens, whether they are party members or not.

It is also important to us that these educational programs are free of charge. We want to make access to knowledge and quality education easier for citizens.

We aim to organize certificate programs in various fields, including international relations, political science, Turkish foreign policy, economics, media and journalism, communications, the Turkic world, arts and culture, as well as the reasons behind Türkiye’s relative underdevelopment.

We aim to have distinguished academics and experts in their respective fields participate in each program.

“Education should not only provide knowledge but also open doors to employment”

Another notable aspect of Zafer Academy is that education is not viewed merely as the transfer of theoretical knowledge.

In today’s Türkiye, access to professional knowledge, quality education and employment opportunities is of great importance for young people and citizens.

From this perspective, certified educational programs in different fields are expected to help citizens develop their knowledge and skills, explore new professional areas and increase their employment opportunities.

This approach is significant because it reflects an understanding of politics that goes beyond asking citizens for votes during election periods and instead seeks to increase citizens’ knowledge and skills, create opportunities for young people and strengthen society’s overall capacity.

The emphasis on “merit-based cadres” in the Zafer Party

The work carried out under the responsibility of Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak is regarded as an important step highlighting merit and specialization within the Zafer Party’s approach to political cadres.

The active participation of academically accomplished individuals in party activities is noteworthy in terms of supporting political cadres not only with political experience but also with scientific knowledge and professional expertise.

The objective of Zafer Academy and the Zafer School of Politics to gradually reach broader segments of society after beginning with internal party education further increases the significance of the initiative.

The educational model developed by Zafer Academy and the Zafer School of Politics gains particular importance at precisely this point.

From knowledge to social strength

Given that a well-educated, knowledgeable and skilled human resource will play a decisive role in Türkiye’s future, political parties also need to continuously improve their cadres.

From this perspective, the Zafer Party’s institutionalization of educational activities and its inclusion of academics with expertise in their fields represent an investment aimed at increasing the quality of party organizations.

More importantly, the goal of opening educational activities free of charge to all citizens, rather than limiting them to party members, has the potential to move a political party-centered initiative toward a broader framework of social benefit.

The successful progress of the activities coordinated by Prof. Dr. Haydar Çakmak is regarded as an important indication of the Zafer Party’s goal of building educated, knowledgeable, specialized and merit-based cadres for the coming period.

With the certificate programs planned for the next stage, Zafer Academy also aims to contribute to citizens in the areas of education, personal development, specialization and employment, alongside political education.

In this respect, Zafer Academy is not merely an internal political party training model; it has the potential to become an important social initiative aimed at transforming knowledge into social strength, education into opportunity and expertise into employment.
